Prime Minister Narendra Modi exhorted people of Bihar to change present regime of the state. Addressing rally at Muzaffarpur Mr. Modi appealed people of the state to give two third majority to NDA to speed up all round development of the state.

He claimed after hundred days the present government in state will be uprooted. Mr.Modi said he would not allow jungle raj in Bihar and the upcoming Bihar assembly election will be the mandate for acquittal of jungle Raj in the state. Without taking name of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the Prime Minister said he sought mandate of the people of Bihar to get rid of the era of jungle raj but for the sake of power he made an alliance with RJD.
