Further, legal action has also been initiated against the defaulters and most importantly, accountability has been fixed on ward officers who will have to ensure their areas are free from these eyesores. *Three persons, including a Bangladeshi, were arrested for allegedly possessing fake currency worth Rs 4.06 lakh near the station. Acting on a tip-off the Anti-Narcotics Cell with the Anti-Human Trafficking Cell laid a trap and nabbed the trio, police said. Fake notes worth Rs 42,000 were found on the spot and the rest were seized from a house.
